Football is a unquine sport becuse of the equiment they use. They wear shoulder pads to protect the chest and shoulders from being hurt or broken. Players wear helments to protect there head from any kind of head injury. Players wear a specfic kind of shoes so they can have a grip and are able to run faster. the pants are a special kind, inside of the pants there are this soft pads with a hard plastic shield on it.

mostly football players are well fit to play football. football is a tough and physical sport and you must keep in shape. but most improtantly you need to keep a mental side to football, if you lost the mental power to the game, the game is over. you always need to keep the mental power of the game, you need to know your job on the feild even if you dont play the postion.

The Quarterback(QB) is the captain on the field and controls the offense. he receives the plays from a head coach. the line of men protect the QB, usaully the line is made out of the strongest and most physical men on the team. The tallest,fastest, and more able catching, are the wide receivers, they catch the passes and run routes to trick the other team. The most improtant of the offense is the run game.There can be 2 or more players that can play runningback and full back. the running back runs the ball. the mental part of the run game is the different holes or gaps that the RB can run though. The lines job is to make the gaps and block there man at the same time.

In this picture there are two players trying to take down the running back.this is the defense, their job is to tak out the offense and retrive the ball for their team. The defense is mostly based on mental power. The defenseive players need to keep a mental picture in their head becuse they need to learn the offense's playes and their movements. But the defenseive players need to be tough and phyiscal.

This is a full body strength workout for football. For football, you need to push your self to get stronger. Football workouts are met to to help you on the field. you need to be strong when it comes to football, you cant be weak and skinny, you would get crushed. there are certain muscles to be worked out in order to be able to play football.


In my life i've only played football for 3 years and i fell in love with it. i first started to play in a little football time called the bulldogs. I never knew what kind of postion i wanted to play. So i tired out for almost any spot i could play, but i found out i can play the quarterback postion really good. so i started for the first time in my life. for my first time we went 9-0. so when high school came around i thought i wasnt good enough to play high school football. but i wanted to play for a high school football game. so i took my chances and went out for QB. i tired really hard for the mini camp, i learn some new things and became the freshman's new QB, i was pretty excited. we ended our season 5-3. i thought we did really good. :)
